3 Month Grant ($117 max)
Highest tier. Ship hard, document your progress, and CopilotMaxx with a 3 month Copilot Pro+
How It Works
Build or work on an open source website, app, game, script, tool, or mod.
Track time in a verifiable way and commit progress.
Ship your project and submit evidence/documentation to claim your matching tier.
Submission Checklist
- Project Link: Live demo, repo, or download link.
- Proof of Hours: At least 4, 8, or 12+ tracked hours.
- Build Log: Commits, changelog, screenshots, or dev notes.
- README: What you built, how to run it, and what you learned.
- Original Work: New work only. No old or double dipped submissions.
Philosophy
Hack Clubbers should have a Qualitative Technical Edge compared to other youth FOSS communities. Copilot pro+ (when used effectively) allows us to create more quickly, make low effort high value protoypes that we can turn into polished directed projects.
Direction is what matters most. Copilot is a tool that can help us get there faster, but it won't put our creative direction into work. this ysws encourages more building and shipping of open source projects by Hack Clubbers.
